Mike Murray

Professional Experience: Mike Murray has 20
years experience in the computer industry, working in a variety
of capacities, including overseeing the introduction and all
marketing activities for Apple Computer's Macintosh product
line in the early 80s, mergers and acquisitions in the mid
80s, and presiding over a computer systems company in Connecticut.
Mike also spent 10 years at Microsoft, first running the company's
networking software business, then as the first Vice President
of Human Resources and Administration, a position he held
until his departure in 1999. Currently Mike is the President
of Crystal Springs Foundation.

Scott Butterfield

Professional Experience: Scott Butterfield
is a Certified Public Acountant and joined The Quellos Group
in 1998, currently serving as a Managing Director of the Wealth
Management Group consulting with clients on financial, tax
and estate planning issues. Prior to joining Quellos, Scott
was a Manager in Arthur Andersen’s Private Client Services
practice.

Ed Khalfayan

MD, St Louis University School of Medicine |
Professional Experience: Ed Khalfayan is a
member of a group practice and specializes in Orthopaedic
Surgery. Ed is also a Team Physician for the Seattle Seahawks
professional football team.
