Professional Experience: Chris Fountain is
Managing Director of Forest Legacy Investments, LLC - a specialty
timber advisory firm that manages conservation investment
funds. Prior to joining Forest Legacy Investments, Chris worked
at Accenture for over ten years. His background combines strategy,
business process, financial modeling, product development,
program & project management, and system integration experience
for multiple Fortune 100 as well as start-up companies.
Philanthropic/Volunteer Experience: Chris has served on boards
for United Way and the Seattle Art Museum Metropolitan Guild.

Professional Experience: Laura Bright is vastly
experienced in helping her clients secure sophisticated financial
solutions to complex challenges. Her dedication to her clients
allows her to be a central, one stop service; an open door
to a solid team with expertise in all areas of financial management.
As a Financial Advisor and Vice President, Laura is passionate
about guiding her clients to envision and realize their financial
dreams. With over 10 years experience in the financial services
industry, Laura brings significant experience and comprehensive
wealth management review to each of her clients, including
individuals and families, business owners, executives and
other professionals.
With her team of advisors, Laura is able to provide her clients
with innovative, custom solutions for their complex financial
needs including accumulating, preserving and distributing
wealth.
Laura recently joined Key Private Banking after working at
Bank of America. Laura holds her Series 7, 66, 63, 6, life
and disability insurance licenses and is in the process of
attaining her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER[tm] designation.
She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Central Washington
University.
A Kirkland, Washington resident, Laura is active in her church,
leading hiking groups, sailing, downhill skiing and travel.
An avid and accomplished hiker, Laura has hiked throughout
the Pacific Northwest area and enjoys exploring new territory. |

Professional Experience: Nona is a Director with Bank of New York Mellon Wealth Management where she is responsible for attracting new clients and transitioning the client smoothly to her team, of portfolio managers, private bankers and fiduciary officers. She has worked in the investment industry for most of her career with broad experience including investment banking, private equity, estate planning, investment management and planned giving. She has held positions locally as a Partner with Liberty Pacific Capital, Vice President in the Private Client Services group for Wells Fargo, Regional Vice President for Merrill Lynch Investment Managers and Vice President of Client Services for Accessor Capital Management. She holds several securities licenses and her Real Estate license and is active in The Zino Society, helping angel investors connect with entrepreneurs.
Philanthropic/Volunteer Experience: Nona has had the privilege of tutoring for Invest in Youth at Beacon Hill Elementary, has volunteered for the Denise Louie Education Center and was in Junior League in New Mexico and Seattle for six years. She also works with Orient Masters Golf to promote professional golf for women in China. She frequently participates in athletic events to raise money for various other charities.

Professional Experience: Meredith Everist is an Associate Architect with Baylis Architects of Bellevue, Washington, a firm that specializes in single-family, multi-family/mixed use, and commercial architecture. Meredith has over 12 years of commercial architectural experience including banks, credit unions, retail, and office buildings. She is a registered architect, member of American Institute of Architects, and a LEED Accredited Professional. She is committed to sustainable design practices, client service, and design integrity.
Philanthropic/Volunteer Experience: Meredith has been a volunteer on the fundraising committee for Washington Women in Need and has worked with Habitat for Humanity.

Professional Experience: Steve Graham currently
serves as partner-in-charge of Orrick's Seattle office and
is a member of the firm's Corporate and Technology Group.
Steve concentrates his practice in the areas of securities
law compliance, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings,
private placements, and general corporate matters. His practice
focuses on the representation of emerging and established
technology companies in the Internet and biomedical industries,
as well as major investment banking and venture capital firms.

Professional Experience: Dave Howe is a co-owner and Vice-President of Bad Animals/Seattle, a full service audio post-production facility. Dave has won seven National Emmy Awards as a sound designer and mixer for his work on "Disney presents: Bill Nye the Science Guy". Prior to moving to Seattle in 1994, Dave was working on episodic television and feature films at Century III at Universal Studios and The Post Group at Disney.
In his off time, Dave plays in an adult baseball league, enjoys skiing, hiking, and still plays and records blues/rock music in his home studio.
Philanthropic/Volunteer Experience: Dave's involvement in media has enabled him to contribute to numerous organizations such as Make A Wish, Special Olympics, and the Pediatric Interim Care Center to name a few. |

Professional Experience: Raazi Imam is a Principal at Caiman Consulting, a Seattle-based business management consulting firm that provides Project Management, Creative Services, and other business management consulting services. Within the firm, Raazi oversees all consulting services and client relations for the greater Seattle market. This currently includes a portfolio of over 25 projects primarily focus on Sales, Marketing, and Software Development and Deployment. Outside of work, Raazi’s hobbies are generally fitness related. He enjoys kickboxing, working out, and basketball.
Philanthropic/Volunteer Experience: Raazi is an active member of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), an international non-profit organization helping entrepreneurs network and develop their skills and businesses. Raazi’s volunteer experience includes working at Stanford Medical Center in the children’s cancer facility and working with the Houston Taskforce, an organization dedicated to helping refugee families and children begin a new life in the United States. |

Professional Experience: Brian is the General Manager of Slalom Consulting in Seattle. Slalom is a national business and technology consulting company with expertise in broad areas like project management, business analysis, and custom development to specific areas like CRM, ERP, and Portals and Reporting. Slalom is best known for helping its clients implement their technology and optimize their business processes. Prior to Slalom Brian was with Accenture as an executive in their Communications and High Technology practice. When not working, Brian likes to spend time with his wife, very energetic daughter and infant son while trying to squeeze in sets on a water ski slalom course somewhere in Washington.

Professional Experience: Jeff Lippens is a
Senior Portfolio Manager and Senior Vice President - Investments,
at UBS Financial Services and is also a CFA (Chartered Financial
Analyst) Charterholder. Jeff is involved in the community through
Seattle Rotary #4, volunteers for the CFA Society of Seattle
as a CFA Level 1 and Level 2 Seattle University class facilitator,
and is the Seattle Society CFA Liaison. Jeff earned his Bachelor
of Arts degree from the University of Washington and recently received his MBA from the Haas School/University of California
at Berkeley and Columbia University Graduate School of Business
in New York City. He is now a graduate instructor at tha Haas School of Business at Berkeley in addition to his position at UBS. In his spare time he enjoys cycling, motorcycling,
skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and sailing.

from 1991-2002, and currently founder and president of DYNIFTIC
Corporation.
Philanthropic/Volunteer Experience: Volunteer teacher at
Project Compute in Seattle from 1992-2004. Greg has also invested
in education, environment, and peace making since the early

Professional Experience: Sarah Van Dyck is Executive Director,
Insights & Strategy for Fitch, one of the world's best known design companies.
She has more than 17 years of brand development experience. Sarah was recently at
the Modo Group, where she led the brand strategy and insights teams. In this role
she was responsible
for leading client and consultant project teams in the development and implementation of
brand strategy for some of the strongest brands in the business, including Kaiser
Permanente, Microsoft, and Guggenheim Partners. Her work also included managing global
consumer insights projects. Previously she worked with clients such as Expedia,
Starbucks, and T-Mobile.

As Executive Director of Friends of the Children
of King County Kim brings her 25 years of experience in the
Seattle/King County area working on behalf of children and
families, in health and human services and educaton to the
organization. She has a long history serving in numerous volunteer
capacities as well as on several local boards and councils,
such as United Way of King County and BURRST for Prosperity.
She has been a sought after local, regional, national trainer/consultant
on topics such as diversity and non-profit management. She
enjoys technology, travel, theater, playing with her 5 pound
poodle, as well as card and board games.
